Here at Weight and Body solutions, our CLS (Certified Laser Specialist) treats your tattoo using a MedLite C6 Q-switch Laser with 532nm, 585nm, 650nm and 1064nm wavelengths. This laser energy causes the tattoo pigment to fragment into smaller particles that are then removed by the body's immune system in the form of a scab. Once the scab exfoliates, a percentage of the tattoo will be permanently removed. To reduce the discomfort or your treatment, we incorporate our Cold Air Zimmer and/or topical anesthesia. Approximately 6-12 treatments are expected to achieve total tattoo removal. Your treatments should be scheduled every 4-6 weeks apart.
