The purpose of this page is to answer any questions regarding our online Appointment Reservation process. This page is only a demonstration. When you are ready to book an appointment Click on the "Book Now" Button below.
Getting Started
To actually get started, click here, than click on "Register". A new screen with the actual registration will pop up. This way you can use this section a guide when you go through.
Input Fields
Fill out all appropriate fields. After you click on [Click here], You will be back to the Login screen, where you can input your "Login" this is the same as your Username.
Select a Service
You can also schedule an appointment even if you are only interested in getting more information on a particular product or service.
- If you are interested in booking multiple appointments, you can do so by completing one appointment at a time.
Appointment Times
Some of the times will be blocked out. We are either closed, or the slot has been taken by another patient. If you still would like a particular time even though it is closed, you may submit yourself to the "waiting list". Patients do sometimes cancel their appointments so adding yourself to the wait list is always worth a shot.
Special Instructions
This input box is used to let us know if you are coming in for an information gathering visit or a scheduled appointment to complete a procedure. You can also add questions or concerns here for us to answer.
Cancel an Appointment
To cancel an appointment, Login, if you have a scheduled appointment you should see "EXISTING APPOINTMENTS" below this there is a link "Cancel Appointment". Click this link and your appointment will be cancelled automatically. Please allow 24 hours for cancelations.
