What kind of Laser is used?

Ultrawave II containing an Alexandrite 755nm and Yag 1064 nm laser. The laser in which we use depends on the skin and hair color of the patient.

Is it painful?

It can be uncomfortable, depending on your skin type. However, with our cold air Zimmer technology most patients experience very little discomfort.

How many treatments will I need?

Every patient is different, but generally 6-10 treatments are needed

How much does it cost?

Price depends on area of treatment and ranges from $50 per treatment for upper lip, to $125 per treatment for brazilian to $250+ for full legs, chest or back.

How often may I be treated?

Treatments are scheduled about every 6 weeks.

What can I expect after treatments?

You may experience some redness or swelling on the area that was treated. This may last 2-24 hours.

Are there any restrictions for treatments?

Yes, you must limit sun exposure, if you are too tan, you may not get treated and you must not have taken antibiotics for 7-10 day prior to treatment.
